Logos and lettering can be applied to garments in the following ways:

Embroidery:

Adds value to the garment and can be used to enhance brand awareness whether it is simple lettering or an elaborate crest.
Our in house design department can digitize your logo from a picture file alternatively we have a comprehensive range of stock logos and fonts which can be utilized at low cost.

If you have not ordered with us before or require new artwork there is a one off set up charge to originate your logo text or logo.

Sample Prices based on a left chest embroidery position:

Stock lettering fonts which you can use for a one off charge of £15.00 + vat

Stock Logos which can be used at a cost of £20.00 + vat.These logos can be combined with stock text to enhance your organizations identity.

Individual logos: The cost of an individual logo is based on the number of stitches required to re-produce it, average left chest logos range from £20 to £50 + vat based on size and complexity.

Heatseal:

A process which is suitable for simple (single colour) logos, web addresses, names and numbers, e.g.the back of high visibility jackets.
Simple logos and text can be set up for a one of charge of £20.00 + VAT.

We have a range of standard fonts available, just supply us with your text and we will set this up.

Screen printing:

Suitable for orders of 25 items or more with large logos in multi colours.For an accurate quotation please send us details of your design complete with the quanity, position of print, colour and style of the garments.

Proofing:

As part of the sales process for new customers all new logos are proofed and customer approval is required before we personalize your garments.A proof can be provided as a PDF computer visual representation via e-mail, a colour print out or a sewn sample on to a square of cloth.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The origination/set up charge is only applied on your first order, you do not pay again on subsequent orders using the same logo.

A low resolution file may be sufficient for a quotation but a high resolution file of 300dpi may be required to produce your order. An artwork service can be provided on request. We can clean up or produce logos from a sketch. Prices are available on application.

The colours of the artwork will be matched to our extensive range of threads and inks, please supply Pantone® references if you have them. If you require a specific colour match, we can have specials dyed to match your Pantone® colours at extra cost.
